At first, to get lectures from university in English, requiring English ability is inevitable. We should have enough ability of understanding and doing assignments. That is why we should take a TOEFL to evaluate if international students have that ability. It can check students level almost exactly. For example, If a student have lecture that only student who pass certain level of TOEFL score without taking a TOEFL, he or she could be confused and embarrassed. The situation that the student cannot understand the lecture totally might happen.

Secondarily, there are many situations that you can face during campus life-time. Also, there are many specific words from campus. TOEFL includes that part, too. They let us to listen and solve various problems. Unless you did not take it, you will be hard to communicate with people from campus. We should be prepared to enjoy campus lives by taking it.

Sometimes, people said that TOEFL required for international students is unnecessary and not fair, because some subjects are not allowed to international students who did not pass certain score. To resolve a person to be an adult at the age of 21 is a good idea because it lowers crimerate, makes students life simply, and controls the population increase.

The first benefit to consider a person to be an adult at age 21 is to reduce crime. This may be a surprise to some people because when the people who age 21 his/her advisement are grow up. they are thinking are more and more mature. They know what should do and what is not allowed to do, This could make people do the right thing when they do the things what they decide to do, and they will assume all the responsibility. China is a determine a person to be an adult are 18 years old country. Many people crime when their young. When they pass the age of 18, they are so exciting to do every thing without thoughtfulness. That's easy to crime.

Another important benefit to consider a person to be an adult at the age of 21 is to make the youth life simply. In the U.S, the government set up many rules to the nonage, such as nonage can't drink beer; nonage can't go to casino; nonage can't go to bar and so on. That's a good way to bound the nonage, and lead them do the valueable things.There is no doubt that the age between 7-21 is the better age to study, so it can make youth focus on study. They won't influence by other things.

Is daycare beneficial for children under the age of five? Nowadays, many parents have to make decision between their jobs and children because of the terrible global economic situation. Should we send the children to daycare or one parent stay home with children for the fist few years of life? There are many different opinions about daycare issues. From my viewpoint, since parents have a formative influence of their children’s growing up, so one parent should stay home with children for the first 5 years of life.

First, daycare is not beneficial for family’s communication while children’s growing up in first few years. As we known, children’s first few years of life is their formative years. There is an internet research which reported that long time in daycare may bring children weaker emotional relation with parents. As for a parent, should you allow that your children might spend more time each day with strangers at daycare than they would stay with you? It’s a obvious pity to miss the moment of your kid’s childhood since time past so soon.

Second, daycare is not beneficial for children’s health when growing up. The daycare centers only can offer the same food, place and service to each child because of the rise in demand for daycare service. Based on your equal pay, daycare centers will never request to offer special food or service according to your children’s personal nutritional requirement. Also, your children in daycare centers would be exposed to more infections and respiratory illness than they would be taken care at home. If you want to offer a safe and healthy condition to your children at the first few years of life, it’s better to take care of them at home.

Finally, it’s so hard to find a suitable daycare centers exactly the educational way as you like. There’s no doubt that the rise in demand for daycare mean there will be more unqualified caregivers waiting to offer their services. As for caregiver, it just her job to take care of your children because they got pay. They will never be responsible for stand as parents side to offer a right and suitable education way to your children. They will never be patience to correct your children’s mistakes and teach them good manners and behaviors. If you expect to train you children to have good manners and behaviors at their beginning, it’s better to keep your children at home and teach by yourself.

The opponents of homecare might say that daycare is beneficial for children and family because their parents get free from homework. They can pay more attention to their jobs and earn more money to improve family income and offer better condition to children. If you are in the same situation, ask yourself how much income you will gain from your second job, minus the cost of your daycare service. Is the money worth it? The obvious answer is no. It’s not worth to send your children to stay with strangers in daycare instead of parents’ warm attention.

However, If parents work hard for money, they do not have time to take carae of their children. They may let other people to take care of their children or put their children to childcare center. Letting other people take care children who are under five is wrong because of the following reasons.
One reason that not taking care of children is wrong because parents will get anxious of being away of them. Parents should not let other people take care of their children because they don’t know how other people will treat their children. Even though parents give their children to nice people to take care, they do not stop worrying their children. They also should not take their children to childcare center because the employees from that center have taken care of many children. For example, there are three or four employees to take care of thirty or forty children. If one child is crying, another one wants to go to restroom, and one is hungry, three employees will go to take care of those children. The employees probably do not treat the children as well as the parents do. In addition, parents should treat their children by their own. Because parents love their children better than others, they have to do that.
Second, not taking care of children will not produce good relationship with them. When I was at high school, I met a good friend. He told me that he lived with his grandmother for many years because his parents had a business, and they rarely stayed at home. He also told me that he was so alone when he was young. He was very sad because he felt that he didn’t have parents. I knew that he didn’t have good relationship with his parents. For instance, one day when I went to his house, I saw his parents. He didn’t talk much with them, so I was confused about that. I certainly asked him of reason because I talked to my parents a lot. He told me that he didn’t have many subjects with them. Then I said his parents worked for him. Because they wanted him to live better, they were good parents. He just scowled and said he didn’t want to talk about his parents. Not taking care of children will cause problem like my friend.
The final reason is that taking care of children is supposed to cause good sensation. My friend who works very hard has two children. He thinks about his family’s future everyday. He wants to buy a good house, a nice car, let their children go to private school. It is very hard for him to do these things. He is a good father, and he is supposed to do that. However, he is usually happy when he plays with them. Even though he is tired at home, he feels well because of his children. He loves them very much. Taking care of children is very rewarding.
Many people might think that taking care of children is not important because they think that they have better lives with their kids just by earning more money. That is true in some case; however, as stated previously, parents need to take care of their children within the first few years, not their lives. Parents must decide if earning more money is more important that taking care of young children. Basically, Parents can earn more money when their children grow up.
In conclusion, if parents do take care of their young children, they must be relieved, have a good relationship and to be happy with children. Childhood is important for everyone and the society, so every couple must know that. Parents should not spend more time on work. They are humans, they need relax too.

Nowadays, a lot of international students go to U.S.A to learning English. So they need a TOEFL test score because most of America universities accept this score and they estimate students by TOEFL score. If someone wants to go to good university, he or she needs good score. Therefore, international students really need this test.
First, U.S Education Government considered what is problem of international students because many international students didn’t follow regular university classes so they considered about this problems so they made TOEFL test. U.s government thought it will be really helpful to understand for international students. TOEFL test is very similar with university class such as vocabulary, lecture style, even school life. For example, I’m international student, so I already took this exam and I overcame this problem and hard times actually this exam is very difficult to international students so most students study a lot and staying up every day. In my case, when I was doing TOEFL study it was very hard time to me so I wanted to give up this test but without this score I can’t attend to U.S school so I studied. I think that this TOEFL study was really helpful to me actually now it is very helpful to me if I didn’t study I can’t understand lecture easily I can’t writing. However, some students have negative opinion about this test they think it just estimate person being not helping to university class and spend much more valuable time.
Furthermore, most of international students or TOEFL takers think that it is just university entrance exam so they become easily tardy. But I think that this test is not just simple test this one is provide a lot of help to us. For example, few weeks ago I rented book from library this book due day was 2weeks but I forgot about it so I didn’t return it but I didn’t confuse because I already studied about this situation from TOEFL lecture so thanks to TOEFL test I solved this problem more easily.

In conclusion, TOEFL test is Americas official test for attend to university for international students but some people think that TOEFL test does not help to international students however, I strongly believe that TOEFL study is very helpful to international students.

The age at which one is considered a legal adult age in the United States is typically 18. However, what defines a legal adult is the ability to legally work, participate in contract, vote, marry, and give Sexual Consent, and join the military. In this context, what age constitute a legal adult age? Is it 18 or
21? I strongly believe that maturity of a person cannot be determined by age alone, because a person may be 18 or 21 but he/she may still not have adult characteristic.

The age some one becomes a legal adult in the United States is largely the age at which most children are considered adults in the rest of the world. However, a few counties set this age lower, but most of the Western worlds consider 18 as legal adult age in some cases a child under 18 is a legal adult,
especially for the purposes of marriage or signing contracts prior to 18. This is legal but rare and it often tends to occur if a child sues his/her parents for freedom to be self covered.

For many parents in the United States, the term legal adult does not mean that their children
possess certain adult characteristic. For instance, some parents may argue that being an adult may imply that their children are able to make mature delusion, participate in civic matters, and have self-
Control and be responsible. The fact is that there are some 18 year old that are simply not matured, and does not have the characteristic necessary for adulthood. Therefore, they need more time to develop and mature in those characteristics of an adult person.

In some States in the Unites States, some parents are concern about 18 year olds who are not mentally ready to make life altering decisions such marriage at early age or joining the military, which may not have been made with significant forethought. In this type of situations, there is very little that parents can do to rectify the problem. As a result, many parents feel that they no longer have control

The issue of adult hood is a very sticky one for children in foster care. At the age of 18, they essentially age out of the system and the State no longer has the burden of supporting them. In few cases, however, foster parents will continue to support a child who is technically an adult, but children under this type of arrangement is always for short time. many children in the system are cared for by either a distance relative or biological parents.

In conclusion, a person may be biologically an adult and may have adult behavior but will still be treated as a child if he is under the age. The Nation doesn’t know you, why should they have to choose your age to be an adult? Do they

ready to have children. Psychologies say when people are prepared physical, spiritual, and

are the values, feeling and responsibilities’ that it real makes you an adult, not just the age.

In many countries they just look for an age at which adult can legally work, marry, vote, buy
alcohol, or be charged with a crime, as the adult age. Many countries can variety, some start at
12 and some other countries they are adult at the age of 21, like United State. When we were
child, we were educated to do our best for the community doing the right with values that make
a person. Values introduced for the religions or introduced by our nation like respect, honest,
love and others more, it is not necessary to do it in certain age (age of license). We don’t need
that the government says how old we have to be to practice them. I know, and all of us know
what is wrong and what is right, when, where, and how to do it. That’s the value, knowing what
could be good or bad. If I want to have fun, do I need to be 21 or 18? Or that is a crime. We
cannot go to any club because we are not “legally” allowed having fun; we just want to have fun,
not drink. We already knew our values.

May be the first sexual relation means that people can become an adult. There is any book,
media or science that can say the exactly age to have sexual relation. We don’t need to be 18
to have relationship. If we want to drink, drive, do drug or go to clubs and have relations, we
don’t need to be 18 or 21 there is any rule that it says this. There are lot of people whose have
knowledge, experience, and responsibilities as an adult but they are not 18 or 21. The child
feelings and adult feelings are so different, but to have those feeling there isn’t any age to
feeling it.

As the part of the any nation we have right and responsibilities. They want us to serve, save,
pay and keep good the nation, but we cannot choose (vote) how is going to leader the nation,
unless we are 18. If we cannot vote, why do we have to pay tax, respect and protect the nation?
If we want to drive, we have to be 16 with permission to drive or 18 as an adult, but what
happen with those people who are over 18 and they don’t have driver license and cash the car,
they are charged with crime. How can they be charged as an adult if they are not adults? We
need to save the nation for our future with responsibilities no matter how old we are or we must
be 18, adult to have responsibilities and save the nation?

We have to obey the law; because they have knowledge to guide us to do the right. Also when
people are getting older, they are having more and more knowledge and experience to act
better in the life. The older, the better behavior people have to act in such hurt life. But we don’t
have to be old to have goods behavior, experiences, knowledge. Younger people have better
behaviors than a 21 years old, adult person. If they don’t lend us to do thing and have mistake,
how can we learn. Or we have to wait 18 years to make mistake and learn about what is life.

There are any age to be considered as an adult, every person is different and every person act

think is not just the age to be an adult, is also having values, feelings, responsibilities. Be

Childhood and Parenthood

Kids are beautiful and precious gift of God. Childhood is a very sensitive part of human’s life and it reflects throughout the life of children. A child requires many attentions from mother at an early age because mother is a natural custodian of the child. Also parents must enjoy the charm of life by growing their children. There is no doubt that homecare is always beneficial for children under the age of five. This is a social and spiritual responsibility of parents to take care of their children and one parent should stay at home.

The first reason is that obligation lies on parents to take all necessary steps for the betterment of their children. Nowadays, it has become a custom to leave children at day care because of busy life schedule. Everyone is trying to earn a lot of money due to financial needs. Nevertheless, home care is a ideal for children. Parents should not prefer money against their children’s future. Usually, the just first five years of child’s life parents should take care by themselves because money cannot be the alternative of their love. Parents should spend their maximum time with children in early five years, it will be more fruitful for them.

Certainly, there is no other substitute of child’s care except mother and father. In childhood, children need real love and care from their parents. Every child deserve true love from their parents. Parents are supposed to sacrifice their time and life for their children. They should concentrate on their children in all respects. It should not be considered as a burden. Also, working mother should compromise with her life at least the child is a five years of age by quitting her job because a child needs mother’s care and attention. Growth by parent will create a everlasting sense of love and responsibility in child.

Moreover, mother and father have spiritual relation with children and patents can only fill the heart of child with love and affection. Obviously, parents can also enjoy the innocence of their child. Hence, nobody can provide attention to the children which they need at childhood. Basically, homecare has lot of advantages for children because a child needs home environment. For example, taking care by parents establishes a close and tight knit relation between child and parents. The children grown by their parents behave positive in the society.

On the other hand, opponents have different aspect about childhood issues. One of the reason is that parents need more money to grow their children. It is very important for parents to work for their children’s future, so that they would be able to provide all facilities. In addition, there is another opposing argument that daycare centers are very useful and both parents can go to their work. Furthermore, opponents argue that daycare centers have trained staff who are well-aware of children’s interest and requirements. One point of view in favor of daycare is that under bad economic problems parents needs more money for their better living standard. Even though, daycare centers are growing day by day and busy life schedule is jolted and it sends parents over the edge. In spite of, Medical science acknowledges that children, who were fed by their mothers are more intelligent and sharp minded than other children. Last but not least, parents can arrange some midwife or babysitter at home. Whereas, daycare center is a business, therefore, they deal with children on commercial basis.

By concluding this topic, that this is the liability of parents to give full attention to their children. Therefore, mother should stay at home until the child reaches the age of five year or more. On the whole, parents are bound, socially and ethically for the wellness of children.

Growing Up

By definition becoming an adult means to have grown-up. Be a grown-up. So 18 –21 should be the age of considering someone an adult. But there are many aspects to consider when we talk about being adult. Physically perhaps, this is the closest to the age definition, but considering other aspects like emotional, spiritual, financial, etc, the age of becoming an adult may vary a lot, because these aspects have a greater relation to our education and life experiences.
In the first place considering that many people go through emotional experiences, and that this make adults of them. Like in dating, staying with a girl when in high school for a couple of years and then breaking up, leaving marks and memories which will be of use in a new relationship. This is a good example for women to become emotionally adult.
Another aspect that we can call on for becoming an adult is on spiritual ground. Most of the young people when around turning eighteen, like to have some independence, want to have a good time and forget about their family. Such as attending service together, have a nice meal or even a conversation for reflexion. This goes on for a while, the so called puberty. When he finally gets aware of the real values of life it’s time to call him an adult, where he starts to appreciate the hidden things of life.
At last there is the financial aspect. That’s when a person needs to care for his own, his living and welfare. Living on yourself is a great stage in one’s life, the responsability of a job is a great way to prove that you are ready to be called an adult. Generally speaking this is at age 21. For myself I can tell that going abroad is a fantastic example, the way that people grow as a individual and become responsible is substantial.
As a conclusion we can state that becoming an adult means there’s no more time to trifle with life, but you have to live with emotions, spirit and responsability so that you can turn your dreams in reality with courage and willpower. When you have turned 21 you really must be ready to choose and follow the road that will lead you to a happy life.

Daycare as a Second Home for our children

How do you feel about day cares? Would you prefer to put your children in daycare, or would you take care of them by yourself? We all know that it is wrong to take children away from their parents. However, these days fathers and mothers have to go to work. They should get their children to a daycare. Some people say that a daycare is not a good place for children, but the following reasons will show why a child should go to a daycare center.

The first reason for allowing children to go to the daycare is they will be more socialized in the future lives. The bases of people's characteristics are formed in their childhoods. If children don't have any contact with others, how can they improve themselves? Day cares are a place where where children can meet other children. They can play with each other and make friends.

The second reason to have daycare for children is that they will be ready to go to school. The first day of school can be a very bad memory for those who have had no daycare experience. For example, I have had day care experience, when i came to school. My father dropped me off outside my school. I was very happy. I was surprised when I saw a lot of my classmates were with their parents. While they were crying, they said we don't want to stay in school alone. I think it was the first time that they were without their parents.

The last reason for using day care for children is because their parents can continue their jobs. Some companies' policy for having a child is not very good. For example, after giving birth to a child new mothers have two months off. What are they supposed to do? If they do not go to work , they will be laid off. It is not a dilemma.Day care is a good solution. Therefore, by choosing a good day care for their children, they can keep their jobs.

Some opponents of day care might say that nobody can take care of children like their parents. We cannot trust day cares to take care of our children. However, children have to go to school. Parents cannot always be with them. Sooner or later children have to be independent from their parents. Therefore, sooner is better. During their time in day care, children learn how they can adapt themselves to be far from their parents. Also, they do not have any problem in this case when they want to go to school.

There are many good reasons for children to go to day care. It seems that, it has benefits for both children and their parents. Let's try to give our children a good experience o their first day of school, by allowing them to go to day care.

TOEFL tests are the better choice for three reasons.First, TOEFL would evaluate the potential success of an individual to use and understand English at the college levels. It may require for non_native applicants at many English speaking at the colleges and universities. In addition, the government agencies, business, and scholarship programs require this test because the TOEFL score may delete from the official database. Also, TOEFL test depends on the curriculums that you learned it in school. For example, My brother's friend learned Chemistry and physics. When he finished school, he wanted to enter a Medical University. He took aTOEFL test. When he saw this test, he felt comfortable because Chemistry and Physics exams were the same that he learned. You need to study hard to enter a high university that you want.Second, TOEFL depends on formats and contents paper based test. A paper based test is not available because test takers can't register at the testing center on the test date, they have to register in advance using the registration form provided in the supplemental paper TOEFL bulletin.They should register in advance of the given deadlines to ensure a place because the test centers would limit seating and may fill up. For example, my brother's friend, wanted to take TOEFL test. However, he took the TOEFL test and he passed in this TOEFL ,but he didn't take TOEFL test on the computer. you need to use computer to improve your abilities.Finally, TOEFL would also depend on the test scores. The score test takers would receive the listening, reading, and structure parts of the TOEFL test is not percentage of the correct answer. The score will convert to take into account the fact that some tests are easier than the others, so many students can answer correctly. The convert scores correct these differences. Therefore, the convert score is more accurate reflection of the ability than the correct answer score is. For example, my brother's firend passed the TOEFL test because he had more experience, he answered all of TOEFL questions very well, and he entered a Medical University.Opponents of TOEFL say that most of TOEFL tests are very hard to understand, so students can't answer questions correctly. Students may pass the TOEFL tests or they can pass if they understand the question on the test. The test should use the internet and paper based test to improve their skills. This point has some merit. TOEFL is an exam to improve our abilities. Unlike any test we have. These tests examine all of students if they are smart or not. It is important to improve our abilities to stimulate the brain to think a lot.In conclusion, students can take this test as many times as they wish. However, colleges and universities usually consider only the recent score to enter a high university that we want. Students should have more experience to understand this test and they should take time to answer the TOEFL test correctly. If you pass the TOEFL test, you will be international student and enter a high university that you wish.

This movie talked about a teacher who chooses three smart student to represent the Wiley College and challenge all of universities. He trained them to be best students in college and in all America. They won 100 and no lose. The best thing was when Mr.Tyson arrested by police and all of people made a demonstrations in front of police station to release Mr.Tyson. He decided to defeat the best university in Boston. Another important thing was Samantha loved Harry.However, she saw Harry when he kissed a girl. She felt angry and Mr.Tyson also was upset because James, Samantha, and Harry should be ready to go to Boston and defeat Harvard university. In the morning, they were ready to go Boston , but Mr.Tyson didn't go with them. They went Boston, they saw the university, and they decided to study hard and choose specific topic to talk about in front of people. The challenge began, James began debate and spoke about weapons and how do these weapons kill men, women, and children and he talked also about war and violence. One student in Harvard university talked about fighting and sacrifice for your country. James ended speaking about Negros Crime. Finally, they won. The movie was the best because student should study hard to be best student in your school. you can join to best group to represent your school and you can decide to choose any kind of topic that you and your group want to talk about.My favorite character is Mr. Tyson because he is educative to teach student to be smart. He is good politician because he knows everything about politics and revolutions.

My character John is a successful television producer who is celebrating his success with his assistant Jenny. Now he wants to start a new series and he said to Jenny to work out on new idea . John loves his wife and his son Patrick. John is going to spend his one week vacation with Rachel and Patrick at Ireland. John wanted to tell her wife about his successful television series but he was worried about his wife. He noticed, that she had seemed nervous and worried about something. She had not wanted to go out anywhere.

John told Jenny that he has idea of urban myths. The stories that people tell in different places all over the country. Next day Jenny got an audio cassette and gave it to John for listening. While he was listening the audio cassette, suddenly he stopped the cassette. Jenny asked him what happened because she noticed that his expressions were strange. John replied how it is possible? This is my story. How anyone can tell my story?

There is a suspense and it is a kind of mysterious story. There are some situations who put the reader into confusion as well as interest. In this story, adventure starts when John is confuse that how his story can be similar to other three people. John is surprised that if they are narrating a false story. Now John wants to find out the truth about those other stories who are quite similar to his stories.

When John went to Ireland for vacations there he saw a bad dream that his wife disappeared with his son. At that time, Rachel also told John about her dream, that their son was in danger, due to which she was scared. When they returned back to home, he was in uncertain state of mind. At that point, he thought perhaps he is getting mad. In fact, it was just John’s imagination and hallucination. At the end, john tried to over come all his imaginations and everything was quite normal in his life.

I detest Fagin---an evil guy in this novel.This picture is the best proof of his criminal action, he trains Oliver to steal wallet. His action made me felt so ugly and evil.
Fagin is a conniving career criminal, he is so ugly, miserly and avaricious ,he takes in homeless children and trains them to be a thief, and he also is buyer of the other people’s stolen goods. he pretended as a kind person to offer food and bed to poor Oliver, as for his return, Oliver had to work as a thief under Fagin’s control, when Oliver realized his evil purpose and run away from him, Fagin tried his best to catch Oliver back .Because of Fagin’s greed and crime, he got caught and was sent to the gallows finally.
I feel so happy that the evil guy had his right ending. Fagin’s sentence of death is a symbol ,it makes the end of greedy tendencies and the beginning of generosity and goodness as the norm. It shows us that a person without goodness is destined to lose everything.

When she saw a lot of Friends from different nationalities especially her friend is from Brazil, Her name is Lucretia, Ikuko liked her so much and Lucretia either.She is also romantic. When Birnard left her since month, She felt nostalgia to see him ,went to Zambia to see him and she liked his children and she cared of them for a few days.When Birnard's hand on hers as they danced together, She fell in love with him.She is very sad because Birnard left her for month ago and still no news , no letter , no fax , and no phone number and she can't forget him and she sat alone without him. Ikuko wants to complete her studying in England.She promised Hiroshi when she finishes her studying after six month, she'll return to Japan to get married to Hiroshi to beget a lot of children. She is a good worker.She works in Hayakawa building and she had a problem about she entered numbers on the computer for sales program and the results were wrong and Hiroshi helped her to fix the program on computer. Finally, It was a good character to describe her.

I’m not sure what is love ,but for me if you are with a person and you care for him/her that’s I thing is love. I love my family, girlfriend, and friends because I care for them. In my country we do celebrate Valentine’s Day on February 14th.
